Asked for help to find the sand the gentleman was very helpful he put it on the trolly for me, also at the check out another gentleman put it into my car for me very helpful

As you can see by the rest of the reviews the customer service is terrible run like a village everyone speaking in there own language. The supervisor/manager is completely illiterate “kasia”. Please can someone from head office get in touch with me or a area manager as it’s shocking how the way the store is run.
Customer support at it's finest. I received excellent support and prompt communication when replacing my shower screen. I made a wrong order after taking wrong measurements and needed to replace the screen. The staff were more than helpful in the whole process and assisted me to choose the right screen and transporting it. Thank you Kessia and the entire team
