   Usually cheaper than SF for the same items. Service usually quick and easy. Have stopped receiving click and collect order SMS notifications despite having the correct number on file. Deducting 2 stars because staff expect me to contact customer service instead of owning the issue.

   I went into store today for a 9mm drill bit and some silicone and I was served by a girl called Elle, the customer service was top notch and I got everything I needed.
