Lovely venue, but no safety at all. Too many people and no security. We came from London to concert for my daughter birthday. But it was very uncomfortable environment with a lots of drunk and aggressive adults and no security at all.
This venue is a really decent size. I recently attended the Zombiefest event there and really enjoyed it. The staff were polite and efficient. There were plenty of security staff as there should be at such a big event, you knew they were there and it made you feel safe (we live in very strange times so we need to be a lot more vigilant). The toilets were kept clean and stocked with toilet roll, not an easy task with 10,000 at an event. So I would definitely 100% recommend this venue.
Came to see Dr Marcus Pearce talk about the neuroscience of music. What does music do in the brain and why is it pleasurable? Part of the Seed Talls series. Well worth the visit from London!
Saw midlake play an awesome gig tonight. Sooooo good. Great sound system in here. Plus the bar and loos are well placed. Works very well as a gig venue. Easy parking in the multistory too.
Very friendly staff and a really well laid out venue. Great for theatre as well as comedy and live music. Location is excellent as part of Cambridge Leisure Park, beside plenty of multi storey parking, a travelodge, iMax cinema, Nandos, Five Guys, Wagamma etc
a fairly small venue with about 800 people (junction 1). Great atmosphere and staff were really friendly. def be looking for gigs here again. Parking was super close and for cambridge a bargain!
Such a great venue. We saw Reginald D.Hunter in J2 and it was brilliant. Well worth the wait after it was put back due to Covid. The venue is so intimate that you can fully see the stage no matter where you sit. I've followed the Facebook page and am excited to see more events here soon!
