Had biabs done and was happy with them despite the high price of £48. Went back for infills and had a different lady who absolutely butchered my cuticles and fingers, at least 4 of them were bleeding and they were all sore. As she was doing it the product stuck my nail down to my fingers and she had to cut in-between them to free them. I also noticed that two women who had appointments were not seen until 30 minutes after they arrived so it didn't seem to be managed very well. I took photos but for some reason Google won't let me upload them.

From the start I felt very welcomed the staff are very friendly and supportive over the style I wanted. I had Wendy and she done amazing! Very focused on the detail and the ombré blend I had done. The price also pretty good I was expecting to pay more. Overall great experience and I think I have found my new go to nail shop.

I’ve been a client for many years, but today I decided I will not use their services again. I had infills with design done a day before my holiday, but as soon as I arrived in Mexico all of the paint with the expensive design simply peeled off. It looked so bad that I had to pay $25 to have it re-painted in the resort salon. On my return I attempted to make an appointment for another infill and to tell them about it but they had nothing suitable. So I raised it when I was making an appointment for pedicure. I also mentioned it in the salon and demonstrated dated pictures to prove what happened and when. Wendy confirmed that they had some dodgy paint and other customers complained also, but she paid for it so now she needs to use it up. After that, I was told by Christina, that it was unfortunate that I didn’t come back to have it fixed. I explained again, that I was in Mexico at the time, to which she dismissively kept repeating ‘it is unfortunate’. I told her how shocking it is that they do not take responsibility for poor work and that because of this reaction I will certainly not be back unless I get a discount on today’s treatment, to which the answer was a flat ‘no’. All I wanted was an apology and a gesture of good will, but I got none of that. Just shocking customer service, greed and poor business decision, because I spent a lot of money in that salon inclusively of tipping staff on regular occasion. The loyalty discount I was soon due would have been more than a simple £10 knocked off the price which I would have been satisfied with and kept re-booking. BAD business decision and really bad attitude, which I noticed is always just under the surface of Christina and Sandra. The moment something is not precisely how they like it, the bad attitude comes out in full force. I really don’t need this, so I paid full price with a tip and in future I will go elsewhere.

Roughest technician I've ever experienced!! I had an angry old lady i think she is the owner She kept whacking my hands & aggressively twisting them into positions ive never experienced before in any shop I've ever had my nails done which really hurt ... was really shocking behaviour ... she kept making tutting noises at sane time like I was annoying her or something She seemed really really angry annoyed & put-out about doing nails she brought boiling hot water bowls to soak my nails off and my fingers were literally burning& in pain in the burning hot acetone in the bowl, she got angry when I said my fingers were burning & had to take them out She was so rough it was a horrendous experience, kept whacking my hands for no reason and aggressively pulling & twisting during the whole new set process She got the acrylic all over the sides and fingertips of my fingers and on the skin past the cuticles... then filed my nails so hard and crazily fast that she cut my skin open on one finger I shouted to stop and held up my finger to show her, and she looked shocked and gave an embarrassed laugh and said sorry, I said you are hurting my hands and fingers ur being TOO ROUGH you need to CALM DOWN! ... she did calm down after that but wow it was a horrible experience and not relaxing at all and not great after effects That night I woke up in pain in the hole in my finger that she had sliced open with the manic rough filing the next day I found my cuticles had swollen up, inflamed & sore from having the acrylic bonded onto the skin where she overlapped and had rushed sloppy application on me I've been to this shop before and had the young girls and they've been amazing but this older woman (think she's the shop owner/ manager) acted like she hated doing nails and took out all her aggression on me if u book to get ur nails done there make sure u ask not to be booked with the old lady / manager woman Ask for the younger girls It was a truly horrible traumatic experience... I felt sorry for myself but also for the young girls and the other middle age lady staff who all looked embarrassed at how she was treating me She is a very scary woman, I think she needs to get some professional anger management help You go to a nail shop as a treat and to pamper yourself ... u don't expect to be hurt, made to feel worthless and subjected to pain !! This salon owner is an outright bully and abusive and should not be anywhere near people's nails and hands

My nails look wonderful (done by Christina) and my feet feel amazing! Best pedicure I have had (20 yrs experiencing pedicures) done by BH. Everyone in there was so welcome. Great atmosphere and didn't feel rushed. Thanks again. Will be returning soon! Mary

Lovely staff here and always so helpful. Would recommend booking in advance as they can get busy and you may have to wait. Never had any issues with my nails and last the longest compared to other nails techs, highly recommended.
