Bought ring and a chain, ring need to be resized. Wasn't ready a week later when I was told to collect. Didn't call to let me know it wasn't going to be. Was not really apologetic that I had travelled and paid parking, and would have to do the following day too.

A few years ago I took a watch in for repairs, the watch was a favourite and cost me approximately £80. On the return of the watch I noticed that the hour hand was slightly bent. Within a few days the inside had condensation and the watch wasn't working. I returned it and they insisted that I'd submerged my watch in water and that was why it was broken. An appalling business. I contacted trading standats but their rules are ridiculous. So, I was left with a watch that they broke and blamed me for. Avoid.
