   We had peter and J install our new boiler today in our home 8th September 2025 we Had to leave a review as they did a superb Installation for us so neat and tidy happy to recommend safe gas uk to anyone looking for a company to install a heating system they Are a credit to their company also Scott for coming out and sorting it all out for us. Communication is the way this company works came on the time they txt you. Will definitely use again. Thank you all at SAFE GAS UK.

   I recently had SafeGas in my property to replace all my radiators (11 in total) for a more modern designer type and we are delighted with the end result. Right from the original telephone contact with the ladies in the office to the survey and discussions with John I was confident that they would do a great job for a reasonable price (others quoted me up to 3 times as much!), and I'm very pleased to say that I was 100% correct. Peter and his colleagues did a great job over a couple of days and made sure I was involved with every step of the process so I would just like to say thanks guys and that I would have no hesitation in using SafeGas again, and to highly recommend them to family and friends.

   Review: I’ve used Safe Gas for many years, but their standards have noticeably declined. The recent service was disappointing—not only was the workmanship poor, but they also damaged my loft ladder, causing it to rip from the chipboard (as shown in the picture). I emailed the owner on Friday regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response or even an acknowledgment of the damage caused by their plumber. The lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. Based on past experiences, I expected better, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them.

   Our old boiler was leaking so called Safe Gas to arrange engineer visit. On investigation, cost of the parts & repair were reasonable but we decided on a new boiler fitting instead. All arranged and new boiler fitted within a week, very quick service seeing as this was straight after Christmas and new boiler quote was very reasonable. Peter Thomas arrived as agreed and worked right through 9.00am to 15.30pm with just a short break to pop put for some extra parts. Wall mounted the thermostat for me and talked me through the boiler and thermostat settings. Cleaned up after job was finished. Really polite, hard working and cheerful guys. Thank you for all your hard work and support.
