   Where to start….i approached Licata after I had some concerns surrounding the application of their product. I went to Licata specifically for technical advice as per the guarantee supplied with the product. They however refused to provide advice and instead, copied the construction company into an email chain sharing all my personal details with them in a huge breach of data protection. I have since sought answers from Licata to which they have failed to respond.

   Awfull customer service no standard of trading especially in Feltham branch.They keep using broken machines which give different colour in different bucket and then blame you for not checking before leaving .such a useless staff .
