How dare they charge me £5 for an item which was the wrong fit after telling them I want the exact same item but 20m… after trying to return the item they refused.
I needed some cladding for my garage and decided to check out Eurocell. The staff at the front desk, Suresh & John were super helpful in helping me choose the right product. When I realized the cladding was too big for my van, they didn’t even hesitate to offer delivery to my house, even though they were busy. The product itself is top-notch quality, and the service was just awesome. Staff were friendly, humorous, and really helpful. Highly recommend the Hayes branch!

Friendly and reliable. Sebastian walked me through all the different options for fascias, soffits and guttering, then ordered everything for me, and the same Sebastian also delivered everything two days later. Very bad company and supplier. Promised to deliver goods in 1 week and even after 2 weeks goods not delivered . Promised to call back on 3 days never call back. Don’t trust the company .
