Lovely shop for all your daily essentials, used to always come here as I grew up in the area. Mrs Davies is always polite, informative an asset to the shop and community.
Great place for all purpose , reasonable as well, you will literally find almost everything there and also very helpful staff.
I like this shop as it has a bit of everything. I need to admit that it is clean and very well organised. Would be great if the owner could invest in front of the shop. It doesn’t look good, this is one of the biggest shop on our street and changing the front of the shop would improve the look of whole street.
Barry's has a little bit of everything that you need or want. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and seem to know where everything is. I have bought garden supplies in the past and they have all your light bulbs and fuses. They are a bit more expensive than the big box shops but they are excellent with returns and refunds. If you need it, Barry's has it.
The shop what sells everything but at a higher price if you need something they will most likely have it but you may have to pay the price for it some items are a pound or so overpriced if not more
Really good shop it has everything you need for garden and house, if they dont have it ask and they will get it if they can.
Helpful staff. Variety of things to buy. Got a few bits for the garden at a reasonable price!
I brought a box of vinyl gloves size large, when I got them home I could not get my hands in them they were really small, I took them back to the shop you could clearly see they were not a large glove, I was told that they stretch, and it says large on the box, clearly not, they would not give me my money back, said they would send them back and gave me a credit note, I could understand if I did not have a receipt I returned then within 10 minutes of buying them. not impressed poor customer service will not be shopping there again I've spent a lot of money in that shop over the years and this is the way I am treated. if I could score a 0 stars I would
I guess you'd call Barry 's of Bedfont a Hardware or General Store. It sells, basically, everything from screws and saws to birthday cards and pens. If you can't find it ask the staff - they're friendly and helpful. I often buy plants there. There's a good selection and they're cared for and watered. Even now (late October) they have plenty on sale as well as pots. I couldnt recommend Barry"s any higher - brilliant shop and great local resource.
