   Can't fault the staff. Vita especially was so patient, friendly and helpful, searching for options when things were out of stock, and fetching them for me to check with the Electrician if the substitutes would work. She is a credit to your establishment.

   Service is a joke by Corrina. Came in 26/09/25 around 14.40 to buy some screws. I wasn’t sure about the exact size I need so I showed the screw I’ve had and explained, that I need about a size longer and 1 or 2 thicker. She was very frustrated from the start annoyed with me even asking questions. When I pointed out, that I’m only asking for help and there is no need to get frustrated with me, she said that she’s been very polite and frustrated would be giving me the catalogue and saying “find yourself”. I took my screw and left. Horrible service. Will never go there again.

   Ania someone who works there has decided to implement her own system where you must show ID before you can be served, which is absolutely ridiculous and offensive. She needs to be properly trained and I have made a complaint ahead office and her manager about her ridiculous behaviour, he needs to realise he cannot implement her own systems and has to follow the protocol that has set in front of her absolutely disgusting. Her gross misconduct needs to be acknowledged Matthew

   I had 2 items ro return, bought from different stores on click and collect. I took them back to my local store and both were refunded at the one store. It made it simple, and couldn't have been more efficient. I had the payment card with me but it wasn't even needed as it was C&C. Highly recommended, 5* service.
