   I have dealt with Travis Perkins for over 23 years, many branches throughout the entirety of UK. Today i had an urgent job booked by a client for Monday (now friday) which involved the delivery of plant from another branch and materials from 2 other separate branches. i contacted Kyle Bourne at the Woking branch. He was the most polite helpful and professional manager i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with within the TP group. Well done! Richard THORNE

   Very bad with processing refunds. I spoke to Woking branch for partial refund of my web order 3 weeks ago, since then every week now every day still not able to receive money. They say they call back and never call back. Pathetic service.

   Not a bad Travis Perkins, but the staff seem to be unresponsive most of the time! I thought that approaching the counter would be enough to spring them into action, but no you have to remind them that your a customer and you have gone in there to actually buy something and not to stare at walls! The head office may want to remind their staff that customers make the company profit!

   When trying to make an order over the phone it just doesn't get answered, just keeps ringing. Once you've managed to get through and made order and agreed a delivery date then the delivery doesn't appear on that day. So you would think that you would get the delivery first drop the next day, not with my experience, I had to collect myself at 14.00 and noticed their transport wasn't doing anything. They obviously have a pure lack of thought for the customer, I am a Senior Site Manager at a local construction site in Woking and we have had to put with this poor material delivery service for far to long, therefore I am going else where for my building materials.
