Absolutely fantastic! Ordered 100mm x 200mm garden sleepers at the weekend and it appeared on my drive, almost by magic, just three days later. The guy delivering was super professional. Faultless service and super quick delivery. Brilliant.

Id really like to recommend these guys but I just can't. The old guy on the front desk is the most unhelpful passive aggressive bitter life has slipped by person I've ever met. Honestly I feel really sorry for him I've gone from opening a trade account to making the decision never to shop there again. I work in the trades and spend thousands on materials each month. But this guy is too much, bordering on the ridiculous too much. Think faulty towers without anything being funny and just a complete lack of professionalism. Shame all the other staff I've met seem really nice and helpful. He needs training or anger management classes. I'm truly sorry to leave such a damning review but it's completely justified, Regards Blake
I needed some timber and went to Alsford Timber in Cobham. Lots of parking at the rear. I received an amazing service from Jay, who knew his products well and was incredibly helpful. Staff were all great and prices were competitive. I will definitely return! A hugely recommended company!
Every morning delivery truck is blocking our private driveway, rude driving refuses to move and continues to block residents during morning rush hour. Shouted some abuse at me when asked to move.
Had great service today and delivery arranged in a matter of hours to my door. I cannot recommend them more
Unprofessional service. I have ordered some timber sleepers and they sent a wrong size which is actually half price then I have paid. Luckily my client was happy with the different sized sleepers which isn't a best quality but I still waiting for the refund. Also I booked for AM delivery and arrived at 4pm. Completely waste my time.
Always so helpful and friendly. I called to check on stock and couldn't get through. I called a minute later and sorted it out but still got a call back from them because they noticed a missed call. This has to be the only builders yard on the planet that would get back to a missed call! Impressive..
All the staff here are extremely helpful and polite. Fast, good service at a fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone
