   We had a bespoke ring made and the whole experience was fantastic. From the initial appointments with Cath, through to receiving options from our design brief and choosing a stone - the whole experience has been amazing. We can’t recommend them highly enough and the staff at the Poynton store are always happy to help and so welcoming. Lee always kept us up to date with the ring progress as well. The ring itself is better than we could ever have imagined and Henry has done an incredible job at taking our vision and making a reality.

   Henry D Johnstones did a fantastic job of resetting opals from my nana's ring into a new bespoke designed frame. They were super helpful and professional every step of the way, taking the time to have consultations with me both in person and over the phone. I was happy to be involved in the design process and they presented me with the most beautiful design options when i told them the kind of style I wanted. The price was very reasonable considering the time and quality craftsmenship that was involved. Highly recommend them for re-working sentimental jewellery!

   My mum went in to get her eternity ring cleaned. Has been worn for 16 years with no problems. Within 24 hours of being cleaned 5 of the diamonds have fallen out and this jewellers have taken no responsibility and we’re very rude. Very disappointed with this service.
