We met these guys at Crewe wedding fair a year ago and there was no hard sell or awkwardness like some sellers there that day. We travelled to the shop and even though my first thought was "this is going to be very expensive" I was quickly put at ease. We were shown several price ranges of the style we wanted. Considering this was the only shop we had physically gone into I was chuffed to find something so easily and within our budget. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and I never understood why people shop online when it's the feel and an experience. Thank you for all your help with another item ticked off the wedding list.
Today I popped in to ask if I could get my finger measured as I’d seen a ring I loved in the shop window. Years ago, my partner bought my engagement ring from here and since then I’ve bought gifts and a bracelet for myself. The gentlemen hardly let me finish to explain why I’d like my finger measured before saying “I’ll need to charge you for the service”. I’m sorry, but I’ve been into other jewellers and even yours in the past and never been charged to get my finger measured. I actually asked if he was being serious as I genuinely thought he was joking. He told me “no, it’s a service we charge for”. I’m afraid you have lost a customer today which is a shame given the amount of things I’ve bought from you in the past. That said I think it’s mad that you’re charging new customers too.

Popped in here to look for a specific watch I could not see elsewhere. They were happy to help with the watch and went out of there way to get the strap changed but locating the only one available in the country as it had not been released yet. They made you feel very welcome and were so chatty, the watch we brought was fantastic and were very prompt at getting it sorted ready for a special birthday gift for my other half at fairly short notice. This is a great independent jewellery shop in a great location. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for helping.
