I bought an engagement ring from Gerald's after being recommended by a client. Having booked an appointment there was some discussion as to what I was looking for, and then on the day there was a selection of beautifully cut diamonds and rings for me to choose from. Based on pictures of my fiancé's jewellery Alison found me a perfect and unique ring featuring a beautiful emerald. The service from Alison and the team was exceptional! I popped the question last night and she said yes, my fiancé said she loves the ring and that she never wants to take it off. Thank you so much to everyone at Gerald's.

in 2012 I bought my wife wedding ring from Gerald's of Knutsford: it was really nice. Unfortunately I could not find a ring for myself and reluctantly we bought my wedding ring from a jewellers in Chester. My wife has been in twice to have her wedding ring polished: on both occasions they did not charge. I took my wedding ring in this week to be polished + eased and was happy to pay: again no charge. The staff are without fail, friendly and very helpful. An excellent jewellers with a terrific professional team.
Geralds of Knutsford - customer service is superb. You are made to feel welcome and important from the minute you step through the door - no matter how small your requirements. The staff have all been there ever since I started using Geralds over 10 years ago and attention to detail is second to none. I thoroughly recommend them. Its a brilliant example of a first class business.
My mum in law and nan visited Geralds today to ask for some help in removing a link from a watch. I came home today to them telling me the story of how lovely they were.
