   Went into the shop on Saturday 18/01 and got the best service! The member of staff Jessie was unsure of what I wanted and got Daniel the Branch Manager to Help. Meanwhile the rest of the staff were joking and laughing with me other customers and amongst themselves! You can tell there is a great relationship between them. I have never left a Google review before but I couldn't let this service go without the praise it deserves! I got exactly what I needed and managed to solve my plumbing issue quickly and easy and I had no idea what I was doing! I will be back!

   Many thanks to the lady in Plumber's section who helped me to sort out my water tap issues and accessories. Given we both are not professional plumbers, she nicely managed to find the proper tools and sizes for me to buy and served me even when I was in the wrong part of the shop. All works fine at home now! Many thanks!

   Generally nice but had really rude service by someone called Sharon today. Won't go in to detail but I think if you're having a bad day you should perhaps steer clear of serving customers and stand out of sight and do something else. I didn't bite and took the bad service but won't be rushing back here. Toolstation here I come...

   Used the online click & collect and picked up my order today, staff on site at the door to control customers were friendly and the guy who took care of me at the counter was really helpful. Everything I ordered was in stock and collection was effortless. Can't fault Screwfix from the Web site, selecting and ordering what I needed to collection from the store. Very good thanks
