   Waited 9 months for them to get my bike repaired, constant excuses, then when i finally said im taking bike back, he suddenly repaired it, but somehow with two flat tyres, then he blagged me that he put an inner tube in to repair it, but it went flat in one day and different garage (Bikeonic) confirmed no innertube inside. Just got tired of the games and no price reduction for awful service. I give one star because he diagnosed and repaired electrical starting problem and repaired carb. Besides that ive been left with no bike again because i could not find a trusted bike repairer until i found bikeonic. Dont go to R&D, Bikeonic is far more decent and professional and trustworthy. R&D even behaved like cowboys , smoking cigs outside shop, goofing around racing bikes up the road while testing them. Just awful characters. Never again. Im sure some customers get may be happy with service, but do they really know what they are getting when its repaired? I was robbed. 420 quid for just a bit of wrong wiring on lights that stopped starting circuit and diff carb. Oh and battery he put in was chaep as cheap chips but he tried to big it up as a good make, its already dead, and awful to take out or put in. Just awful liars and cheaters.

   I would fully recommend R&D for any Motorcycle related issues. The owner, and the staff at R&D are more than willing to go above and beyond to help with any issues you may have. I have been to R&D for various work on my own Motorcycle and the owner does great work, its always the best and good value, 100% Recommend.
