Not sure how they got a 4.4 rating, but they are absolutely appalling. The staff act like they’re rich and in charge, even though they’re just employees and they have the nerve to speak down to paying customers. Arrogant, condescending and unprofessional insulting clients seems to be part of how they do business. They undervalue items, dismiss concerns and have no basic manners. A reality check is long overdue. There are plenty of jewellers out there who actually know how to treat customers save your money and go elsewhere.
This shop is extremely unprofessional. I left a deposit with the agreement to buy gold at the daily rate, but when I returned, the owner refused and unfairly changed the deal. Both he and his son treated me with shocking disrespect and a misogynistic attitude, even threatening to call the police for no reason. I left feeling humiliated. I will never return to this place. Even one star is far too much for this shop. Avoid this shop — there are many others that value honesty and respect.
Not professional at all wouldn’t suggest going there for piercings the guy didn’t even mark it at the right place and he didn’t even wear gloves or disinfect the areas where it was pierced now the piercings are infected
Visited for the first time today to buy just a gold chain for my 2weeks old baby girl. Found Neelam Jewels through Google, and have to say it was worth it - managed to find the desired chain, for reasonable price. Staffs were helpful and friendly have to say. Ended up buying a baby bangle as well together with the chain for good price! Will visit again for sure. Cheers lads!
Visited with my Mum today, great service! Staff were very helpful, especially the guy who dealt with us! Would definitely recommend this place for its friendly service and good quality jewellery!
