   Went in to look for a bracelet and didn't want to leave Winslow road without one, visited many stores before entering this store and I was so disappointed to say the least, not just from the poor level of stock but the man who was serving us behind the counter, he was rude, lacked communication skills and just overall not a nice person to have to interact with. Was saying patronising remarks , being dismissive and overall just seemed to hate life. If he is the face of the company I don’t know how the business is still standing . Please be wise enough to spend your money else where and I’m sorry to anyone who has been into this shop and had to experience a conversation with a man like that .

   Rashid was extremely helpful, took his time with us. Explain in detail how they would make a ring, cost, where he gets his stones from etc. We brought and engagement ring and plan to get our wedding bands there. Great customer service

   Very dissatisfied with this business. I went in feeling so nervous as the shop wasn’t in the greatest of conditions and very minimum amount of stock to choose from. I asked if he has the design I’m looking for in my wedding ring and he said he hasn’t but he can make one and order it in for me. He spoke to me with so much confidence as though he has a lot of knowledge and gave me full reassurance that it’ll be exactly how I want it to be. He was very adamant that the ring will be ready in 7-10 days and that I’ll be getting an update. After 10 days I called but he said there was an issue with the ring so give it a few more days, 13 days had passed he stated there was still an issue with the ring. 16 days had passed and he stated that it’ll be here Tuesday. 19 DAYS had passed on the day that he told me it will be arriving in the shop and I called him over 9 times on his work number but no answer. I called his personal number and he said there’s still an issue with the ring therefore it’ll be longer than it is. He had no remorse for the wrongdoing and the false promises I was given. When I asked for a refund on my deposit he was so unbothered which made me make my decision of definitely not going ahead with it. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone especially if it’s just before your wedding as I’ve now got 2 weeks to find myself another wedding ring because of my experience here.

   Absolutely shocking customer service! Went into this store for the first time today after a ring in the window display caught my attention. Entered the shop and asked to see the ring which I was interested in purchasing. The shop keeper placed the ring on a scale and after doing some calculations on a calculator I was quoted £2,200.00. I was considering purchasing the ring but when I asked about the weight of the gold I was told, “We do not value our jewellery based on the weight of the gold.” I insisted that I be told of the weight as I am considering purchasing the ring and I would like to know how much gold I am purchasing for the price quoted. Again I was told, “We do not value our jewellery based on the weight of the gold.” However, very bizarrely the price was quoted to me after the ring was put on a scale right in front of me, obviously behind the counter where I couldn’t see the scale and a calculation was made by the shop keeper based on the weight. So after leaving the store very disappointed I thought I would have a look on their website and to my utter disbelief I saw the exact same ring advertised online for £1,862.64 and the weight was clearly specified as 19.9 grams. No wonder they were shy to tell me the weight as there is only around £600.00 worth of gold in the ring. Despite this fact, the shop keeper over inflated the price and acted without honesty and integrity. It’s a shame as the ring was beautiful but due to the reasons above you have lost a potentially valuable customer.
