   I had a fault with my iPhone 13 where the screen had gone completely black and I couldn’t fix it. Nasir and Steph were amazing – they diagnosed the problem straight away and solved it for me. They could easily have charged me £100, but instead they were honest, fair and incredibly helpful. I honestly can’t recommend this busiess enough!

   My iPhone wasn’t working, it wasn’t charging, so I took to Millennium Micros Altrincham to see if they could help me. A Lady called Stefanie dealt with the problem! and found that it was the charging port that was faulty, it also needed a new battery. Stefanie later the same day contacted me (as promised) to tell me my iPhone was ready to be collected. Brilliant service! especially Stefanie, very helpful and a lovely lady. I’ll definitely recommend, and use them again. Best Paul.

   I didn’t read reviews before taking my phone into this shop, I should have. Me and my partner both took our screens to be repaired and both had to take it in a second time due to faults. We then had to take it in a third time because my partners was still faulty and mine had overheated and switched off and still now won’t come back on. If you do choose to go in, make sure to sign your own form if you go in a pair, even if they tell you not to. I was accused of lying, told I never went in a second time and only after I made a huge fuss did I get an apology. Wouldn’t recommend. *EDIT* The owner of this shop seems to think that responding nicely to my review is going to distract customers. Again, I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t even want to use my warranty for a screen repair at this point. Go in with a broken screen, come out with a broken phone. Laughable.

   Don’t be put off by some of the bad reviews. These guys fitted s new front and back on an iPhone 10 we were giving to our 11 year old. She’d had it less than a week when the screen went dead. Took it back in and explained it could have been something my daughter had done or could have been the screen refit. They had a look and replaced the screen free of charge. Definitely use you again and recommend
