   Ordered 3 bags of mot for delivery on Friday. Order placed on Tuesday, call on Friday morning to say they can't deliver it today, nor tomorrow, but can do Monday. No good unfortunately the job is this weekend not next week. Lesson learnt, don't try and save 10 quid a bag and stick to where you usually go. Busy schedule, job cancelled, customer pissed off, and this is why our industry has such a shite reputation. Never again for Alsford,

   Most unpleasant experience! The counter staff were helpful, but the man in the warehouse accused us of being rude when he was the one raising his voice, and swearing like a trooper. If he doesn't know his job he should not be serving the public. Took our business to Wicks at Dorking - an altogether different experience. Cannot fault them.

   I ordered sheet materials online providing details for cutting. The team at Alsford could not have been more helpful. They brought the load around to my car, very carefully loaded it and gave me some very helpful but non pushy advice about products. There was no patronising the female DIY’er tone which I’ve experienced with other suppliers. I honestly could not rate them more highly.

   Needed quick delivery on Saturday for some building material and I found Alsford on google. They really didnt disappoint. Delivered next day. Their staff seem to love what they do, very helpful. After placing the order with Ewa at Leatherhead branch, she rang me an hour later for other parts i needed which she managed to find at another branch. She organised the delivery truck to pick up and deliver. Very thankful, definitely recommended

   Nice people to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and keen to help Added to this I was buying some long pieces of timber which were going to stick out the car quite a bit, one of their staff said to me ‘he wouldn’t be happy’ if I drove away with the wood sticking out the car, so he took the wood and arranged to get it dropped of later in the afternoon with one of their vans Thanks very much Very professional, had what I needed and they went that extra mile

   Really good service at this depot, Iv used it on a number of occasions when working in Bookham. The shop staff and warehouse staff are top notch. Nothings too much trouble and the site is always very tidy. Highly recommended.

Walking into Alsford was a very pleasant experience, knowledgeable staff in the shop, Tom in the yard was friendly, courteous and nothing was a trouble. First time using, but certainly will keep in mind for future.

   Used Alsford first time as needed to buy MDF panel cut to size. Catherine who took my call on Friday afternoon was amazing and communicated with me via email. Following morning, I received a phone call to say it is ready for collection! In today's climate where online ordering is the norm, personalised customer service like this are few and far in between. Thanks again!
