Visited yesterday looking for a specific type of door hinge that was not readily available anywhere else. Karen was amazing and helped me find them and also arranged for a pick up for the rest of them in other stores.
Superb customer service from Peter the manager. Could have told me to get lost after placing order in a different branch. Instead he confirmed the order and tool the order at his branch. Appreciated this and was greatful for his efforts. No que and well staffed. Only gripe is that there is only 3 parking bays and 1 disabled. Other than that not much parking.
