   I have only ever had great experiences with you folks. We bought my engagement ring, our wedding bands almost 20 yrs ago which you clean for no charge every time. And this year after losing my mum and wanting to wear her beautiful rings on my "larger" fingers, Tamsin was absolutely brilliant with me, the requests I had and my emotions I expressed. I am wearing the remodelled and the resized jewellery every day, and feeling like my Mum is with me. Thank you so so much. X

   I was so impressed by the service at Masseys. We wanted a vintage engagement ring but weren't able to visit together because we live abroad. I got in touch via email and Tamsin was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our requirements and sent photos of what they had available. By the time by fiance got to Macclesfield to visit family, we had already chosen the ring we wanted, plus a 2nd and 3rd choice. His family have bought jewellery from Masseys for many years and all rave about the excellent service they have always had there. Thank you Tamsin for helping us find our perfect ring.

   I wanted my wife’s engagement/wedding and eternity rings cleaning for our 20th wedding anniversary. They cleaned them while I waited and did a brilliant job, they look like new. When it came to payment they said no payment needed, they were happy to make them sparkle for our anniversary. Great Service

   I called in off chance to see if they could clean my rings. Tamsin served me, she was extremely welcoming with a very professional, friendly manner. I waited for my rings to be cleaned and 10 minutes later they came back perfectly polished and sparkling. I was very pleased with the excellent service and I highly recommend it.

We bought a beautiful George Jensen bracelet today at a very reasonable price. We have had rings altered and jewellery polished. The best jewellery shop in Macclesfield. I didn't manage to get the young ladies name,,but a very worthy 5 star review.well done.
