    Brought a necklace from here back in April & the lady gave it to me tarnished, took it to the Stockport store to return and they wouldn’t have it back as the lady in the Stockport store told me that if the jewellery isn’t worn it will tarnish? Also brought a solitaire ring from here and had to go back to change it for one that wasn’t tarnished, the lady gave me another tarnished one and I had to go through 4 of the same ring to find one that wasn’t already tarnished before buying it. Shocking.

    Ordered a charm online for a christmas present thinking it would come in a nice box, which it didn’t. I was disappointed but realised I may be able to get one/buy one in the pandora shop. I took the charm to prove I had bought it at pandora online and explained to the assistant I was willing to buy a box but she said “unfortunately I can’t sell you one I have to give you one”. Her mannerism was rude and I felt she was patronising me in front of other customers. It has put me off now buying anything from pandora.

    Walked in last Friday with a friend to get a pendant for a present, was working from home so I was wearing joggers (somewhat comfy). This was my experience : No greetings, not even a hello. No one even looked at us. As soon as I asked a woman for where the pendants were, she looked at me up and down like she was judging what I was wearing. Wished I got her name now. While the rest of the staff paid more attention to someone wearing suit, we were treated and judged as if we were waste of space. Disgusting and shallow treatment and I would highly advise anyone who shops there to dress up if you don’t want to walk out feeling uncomfortable.

    Very helpful staff member help me choose a birthstone ring for my wife and the customised it with a shaped band. Reasonable value as one item happened to be on sale. The shop looks a little intimidating to the casual browser being heavily staffed but I found this useful in this occasion.
