   I had a very poor experience at the Greenford Toolstation today. I went to return a cooker hood that arrived damaged. Amber spent about 30 minutes inspecting the unit, then told me—only afterwards—that I had to return it to the Park Royal branch due to a supposed “new policy.” When I asked for the manager, a colleague said the manager had gone home. At Park Royal, staff told me this information was completely wrong. They also confirmed that Amber is the manager, meaning I was misled at Greenford. The service at Greenford was disappointing, unprofessional, and reflects badly on the branch. If it was my business she shouldn’t be even a member of staff.

   Amber was very rude ( no even hello,thank you or goodbye). She was so lazy to look for product with out the product code, this toolstation shop is worse one I have ever been, you don't have this problem in others toolstation branches. Not recommended at all.

   I went to buy 1 carpet protector plastic roll and 1 masking tape on Tuesday 29/4/2025 at 18:20 o'clock.The saleswoman witch I don't know the name seemed very angry for no reason. I just wanted to buy two things but she treated me as if I asked for free, maybe because I wasn't an English native person, I don't know, but I didn't like how she behaved at all.

   Use this branch all the time they always have the items I need in stock. Today was served by Zohara great service from her very helpful she is knowledgeable about the products they have, also recommended me some multipurpose wipes which worked really well. Thanks

   This is my local tools shop and I m really happy since this place opened in my neighbourhood. I am working at hospitals and know how customer service is important for each business .there are two superstars with big smiles Azhar and Amy who both are so helpful each time I popped into the shop and they accommodate everything I need with no issue. Thank you so much, guys. This kind of customer service is so rare these days.

   Very attentive and professional staff. Checkout was easy. Store is very clean and everything is in neat order. Highly recommend as the customer service was lovely start to finish. Ahmed was a great help. The store manager Amanda helped me to find my tools and answer my questions as it was my first time visiting. It can get really busy so I appreciate the pleasant and welcoming attitude that I received and it was lovely speaking to her. She smiled and guided me towards everything I needed. Excellent attitude really happy. Keep up the good work Greenford team will be visiting again for sure.
