I had a very bad experience with JM . My freezer is not working they are send two engineers. First engineer have done nothing and charge me £180 I spoke to Kona he sent another guy I don’t know what he done before was temperature -15c now is +15c so very very bed experience
Absolutely superb, spoke with Connor who kept in touch in regards to getting an engineer out as soon as they could. Engineer came out sorted counter top fridge problem and gave advice on the counter top fridge regarding keeping it in top condition. Will definitely use again for any refrigeration issues
