   You would never believe this. All emails were quickly answered until I asked for a refund, and now, unbelievably, no response! I made an order, the delivery was not made due to a wrong address. When I queried where the order was and that I'd never had an issue with deliveries before, I was told to pay another £5.99 delivery charge. Concerned I would not get the delivery in time now (it's been a week), and also debatable who's fault this was, I decided on a refund....but yes, no email response. Maybe they've had a bad sickness bug go round.... * The company has been in touch to say the package has been delivered to a property, even though there was no number on the address, and also despite an email I received from Royal Mail saying the parcel has been returned* Currently being told I can't have a refund as the item hasn't been returned!

   I purchased several tools from tool store Direct, which were well priced and arrived speedily and safely and neatly-packaged. Already a very good service. Unfortunately one the tools - a battery powered Sealey multitool - failed/broke with minimal usage and only a few weeks after I received it. I cannot fault the response or Tool Store direct who arranged for a new item to be dispatched to me very rapidly. It was easy, fuss free and very quick. Fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this company enough.

   Needed a Makita Fast Charger desperately however Tool Store Direct were closed. Phoned CAS and spoke to Sean, who popped over to grab the item from their warehouse, called me back in 10 minutes and the item was ready for collection. Excellent Service, thank you Sean - this guy deserves a medal!
