   Went in asked to exchange a tin of paint then Craig and his two lackeys start verbally attacking me for no receipt and just think it’s ok to talk down to customers and disrespect them. Am sure he’s a nice man but maybe he might want to talk to customers with a bit more respect in future. No point being a manager in customer service if you lack the basic skills of being nice to people. Treated me like a d@£&head Will shop at their rivals from now on

   Absolutely terrible, I go to Watford store 10 time a week and never had a issues with staff. But Trade Point delivery people are disappointing, three time in last six months they have messed up my deliveries. Waiting since morning as was promised the delivery will come in AM, called three time to chase it and got answer it on way . After waiting whole day and then giving them call the answer I got was (my delivery is cancelled for today will come next day) I wasted a day with my guys and I get this answer. Will never ever buy anything from them going forward, as a trader we spent thousands in store and then get this kind of services. Absolutely pathetic and should be shame of themselves.
