The whole team are wonderful and always professional, David and Sarai have a depth of knowledge and were welcoming to me and my newborn that made me feel comfortable being in the store.    CTD is a one of Hampton's best kept secrets. Peter leads a team that delivers awesome good old fashioned customer service, increasingly rare these days, they simply can't do enough for you. The tiles are excellent and the show room, tucked away as it is, is worth visiting just to see the range of displays, 'tiles in the wild', so to speak. Would thoroughly recommend.

   Fantastic showroom where they dress up a full wall so you can see tiles, rather than just a pull out sleeve (though they have these as well). But special mention to Peter who has been extremely helpful and really knows his stuff. Exactly what you want from customer service! I haven’t purchased my tiles yet but when I do I know I won’t need to look anywhere else. Also great that they open Saturday afternoons now which has been really useful.
