On Saturday I went to the store in the Trafford Centre to select two plain gold bands for my wedding. Annoyingly, I can’t remember the name of the lovely lady who served us, but it was the most wonderful experience, she was so patient and helped me find exactly what I wanted for myself and partner. We had coffee and we also had our own rings taken for a complementary cleaning. Honestly, such a wonderful experience, we were made to feel so special. I was with my mum and the store manager came over asled about the history of my mum’s unique vintage rings, which was such a lovely touch and she was so proud to share the details! Thank you, everyone for making it a wonderful experience!!

We came into the store just after Christmas to choose an engagement ring. It was a partially busy time and the staff we so busy with customers. Whilst we waited we were offered a lovely glass of Prosecco. The nicest staff member assisted myself and my partner to choose our ring. She was so kind and approachable and was honest which enabled me to make the right choice. JESS is a real credit to this store, and made a special experience even more special. My ring unfortunately broke where it had previously been refitted on purchase. I was so upset it had broke but the store staff couldn’t have been more helpful in repairing this and more so it came back cleaned and like new. Thanks team.
