   Ruined my engagement, all staff told lies upon lies from the very beginning and now won't exchange my ring due to their own fault because it's too damaged, how can an engagement ring that is supposed to be worn everyday got so daged within 4 months?? Jewellery obviously isn't very good quality either. After spending hundreds and hundreds of pounds I expect better quality and also better staff for a big name jewellery store. Ruined the most amazing time of my life. WOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

   Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer. I appreciate things can go wrong but its how a company deals with these hiccups that really makes a difference. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Adrianne

   I visited Fraser Hart at theTrafford Centre, I was looking for a watch to buy as a gift. We were approached and helped by the store manager Andy himself. Excellent customer service right from the beginning to end. He assisted us in buying a Rado watch, and answered all our questions in a great manner. He was so friendly that I actually ended up buying another watch for myself! A perfect place to pick a special gift, I would recommend them unreservedly, and look forward to visiting the store again soon.

   Bought a new Garmin watch yesterday from Fraser Hart at the Trafford Centre. The customer service was excellent. Very attentive. No pressure to buy. I actually walked out to think about the purchase and went back later in the day to finally purchase. Special mention goes too Ahmed. He was patient (I had the strap adjusted about 4 times!) and funny.
