   I took my gold crucifix necklace in the farnworth store to be cleaned today, it’s very old and has been passed down through the family from my great grandmother, a part of the cross was black from oxidation and we didn’t have much hope, he ran it through the cleaning machine twice with little effect, however he didn’t give up, he took the time to hand clean it for me instead with wire-wool at no extra cost. And the difference it has made is unbelievable, it looks like new!! And he only charged £15, i would have happily paid double for the end result. Great jewellers, highly recommended! Thank you.    Amazing customer service! Very welcoming and friendly. I needed an engraved piece adding to a necklace for a gift, i don't live in the area i was working nearby and thought i would nip and see if they could do it for me. They were extremely helpful and did this for me straight away! Perfect job! Would highly recommend using this jewellers! Also some very beautiful detailed jewellery in the shop!

   Lovely little jewelers shop. Owners are attentive and know what they are talking about when it comes to watches, clocks and jewelry. Great for watch repairs and good prices. Shops like this are very hard to fined these days.

   I cannot fault Kinner's one bit. They were so helpful at what was a very sad time. They gave honest advice and were so helpful. My mum's engagement ring has been restored beyond my dreams.
