Had to have my ring adjusted and the gentlemen in the shop were lovely and sorted it streight out for me no cracks nothing it was done perfectly can't thank you guys enough. Amazing shop would recommend 100% :)

I've recently taken some rings in to be valued for insurance purposes. I'm a repeat customer there as it's been three years since they were last valued. As ever, they were great value for money, much cheaper than the other chain store jewellery companies in Bury, and the staff are lovely to deal with. They rang me a couple of times to keep me informed about when I could pick them up—fantastic independent store. Shop local!
I brought my engagement ring for resizing to Robert Daniel’s after reading the great reviews. Slightly nervous bringing my pretty much brand new engagement ring to be resized but I couldn’t have been happier. They were really helpful, the ring is perfect and was ready within 6 days and it came back polished so it’s so lovely and shiny now! Thanks so much would highly recommend here :)

We popped in to the shop today to enquire about having my husbands wedding ring resized. The young gent in the shop was ever so helpful, he took a look at the ring, asked us to follow him to his workshop whilst he popped the ring into a machine. Minutes later, he was finished, the ring was done and it now fits beautifully! Thank you so much for your care, attention and quick work. We highly recommend using the service.
It was my first experience at Robert Daniels Jewellers today which had been recommended to me through a family member. The customer service was great and the job done to resize my ring was perfect. I had been told that it would probably take a week by other places but the gentleman serving me got it done within 20 minutes. I couldn’t recommend it more!
Called in today to have one engagement ring and two wedding rings re-plated (one of the wedding rings also needed re-sizing). We were very impressed with the quality of the work and rapid service. We collected our rings after around an hour and a half and they look as good as when they were brand new! Would definitely recommend and I’m sure that we will return.
Fantastic! Got my engagement ring re-plated here today and they did an incredible job, it looked better than new! Only took about 10 minutes, the guy who did it really knew his stuff. Will definitely come again should we need any jewellery repairs etc.
