The studio has such a good vibe about it, all 3 of the guys, Sween, Tony and Louis work really well together as a team, you can definitely feel the love the studio! Meanwhile the manager (Alex) took ownership of my problem & offered a free return to get the laptop working. It was not required but I was very impressed by the standard of customer service. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers.
