I bought a watch today. Ruby, who served us was very polite, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble. Lovely bright store, clean, tidy and well laid out for easy shopping. We were very happy with our visit and the customer service from Ruby.
Just wanted express how greatful I am for my sale with Andrew today, he was truly amazing, no rushed sale whatsoever, made sure I fully understood my warranties and insurance, great care advice on my ring and just a lovely guy in general, had a great chat with myself and my dad, couldn't score him out of 10 because it was easily over that! If he isn't a manager he absolutely should be! Please make sure he is recognised for his hard work! Will absolutely be returning. Thanks for everything Andrew! xo
Thank you so much Andrew for making my grandsons experience the best. They really wanted a piercing however they were so nervous when it came to sitting in the chair but you was brilliant. Excellent touch, to receive a certificate of bravery after in a bag with the lotion and some sweets. Nice one Andrew
Fantastic customer service! My husband had bought me a beautiful necklace from the Bury store which a few days later was reduced from 95 to 65 pounds. I went in today and Hannah and Andrew were so accommodating and really kindly refunded me the difference. As requested, they gave me a giftcard with the 30 pounds on! They both were so lovely and I cant wait to buy my next purchase! X It makes so much difference when the staff are so nice!

Me & my partner bought our wedding ring's from H Samuels in Bury’s Millgate, They had my partners in stock but had to order my size in but it was delivered to store within 2 days, Kimberly who attended our needs was super nice, took her time to listen to what we wanted, didn’t rush us into purchasing anything we wasn’t happy with, her customer service with me and my partner was undoubtedly very natural and this came through quite clearly, well done H Samuels for employing someone so thoughtful and lovely.
What fantastic service from Adii! Professional, knowledgable, friendly and happy. It’s not often you have a positive shopping trip and this is one of the best I have experienced for a while. The product was perfect and Adii informed me of everything I needed to know and more. He went above and beyond his remit and should be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service.
