Went in this branch today to exchange the Silver 16inch Singapore Chain as shown on reciept for £16 only to be told at til that it was a 14inch one and she can only exchange £14 as thats what its worth because I bought it from the Oldham branch and they gave me a 14inch by mistake, but what I don't understand is neither could i find a £14 Singapore chain online nor instore so why was I as a customer left £2 short for their mistake nor can I find a singapore chain for £14 that justifies what she said to me. Last time I shop in there now after buying 2 rings 1 chain and 1 set of earrings. Amazing cust service!

The assistant was friendly and very helpful. I was interested in a couple of rings. She guessed the right size for me and informed me instead of buying them separately I could buy two £10 cheaper. I was very grateful and did buy the two in a matching set. Lovely girl . A credit to your staff
Lovely, helpful staff. Great value for money. Only slight downside is they don't do refunds, just exchanges and credit notes. Would still reccomend.
Went in to exchange an item, had a minor scratch and told I couldn’t get an exchange even though I’d worn it once, got the jewellery evaluated and apparently it’s a silver ring with gold plating so no wonder it scratched so easily. Not to mention the member of of staff Katie who had the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced, seems like she’s going through a hard time to be so rude, feel bad for her coworkers and future customers.
The lady was so helpful, I couldn't decide which ring to go for, she suggested one looked more elegant than the other and it turned out to be the cheaper of the 2, very genuine, customer service excellent, I went back the next day as the ring was too big (my hands were very warm in the shop) and she exchanged it fir a smaller size. Thank you so much I would highly recommend.
