   It was far too much hassle to even ask the sales assistant a question. It was quiet in store, didn't have product knowledge on size and made me feel like she was doing me a favour speaking to me. 4.4 rating is not reflective of my visit at all.

   I visited the Bury branch instead of the one in the Trafford Centre primarily due being closer. I went in to buy a wedding gift for my sister. I spent over £200 and yet the service I received from Bethany and the head of store disgusting. I was taken aback by the amount of times Bethany rolled her eyes. I must have been in the shop for 15 minutes max, making sure I made the right choice. Bethany showed us a few pieces. I said I would be back and at the time of leaving I have turned around and then seen the head of store female also shake her head and roll her eyes. Awful. I didnt say anything out of politeness. There are people who will go in and not buy or time waste, this was not me. I returned and bought the wedding gift, spending well over £200. The eye rolling and sighing continued. I have then told Bethany and her head of store how they've made me feel and that I certainly do not appreciate how I've been treated. They refused to acknowledge this. I feel to be treated at Swarovski the way I have is appalling and simply disgusting. I would never ever treat a customer this way especially in a high end jewellery shop as this. It has left me angry and extremely disappointed. It is fair to say that I will not be returning to the Bury store again.

   Im not the best at getting gifts or leaving review, however it’s needs to be done. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the help that Staff member Bethan provided to help me find the perfect gift for my mum i can’t thank you enough it made her day! you’ll see me again!
