The gentleman who served us was so friendly and helpful, we felt incredibly welcomed and looked after.    Simon was absolutely amazing! My finger was swollen, my ring stuck and I was in a lot of discomfort, but he kindly helped me by cutting my ring off, and even did it free of charge.    I can’t thank this jeweller enough! I brought in a bracelet that I wasn’t sure could even be fixed, but he was willing to give it a try. To my surprise and delight, he managed to repair it beautifully. I really appreciated his honesty, effort, and skill. It means a lot to have my bracelet back in one piece.    I had seen an eternity ring in the window that I liked for my special birthday. They didnt have in my sizes it has to be ordered in specially. They said they would do their best for it to arrive in time but could guarantee. I got a phone call to say it has come in earlier, tried it on fit perfectly, and absolutely beautiful.    Went in to find an engagement ring and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The jewellery was beautiful and I walked out with an absolutely stunning ring. The shop owner was so helpful and patient with me. We took the ring back to get it sized down a little and we had the ring back within three days. I highly recommend using this jewellers to anybody! We will be coming back for our wedding bands.

   What a great experience we had buying a wedding ring today at this local jewellers. Simon was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. There is an extensive range of rings of which my partner tried lots on. There was no rush and we were allowed to take our time discussing the options. Simon even cleaned our engagement ring while we were there to ensure we were able to see the rings at their best. A great shop, a lovely man and I would highly recommend people to try over a high street jewellers..
