   I came in with my husband today and saw a really nice lady who let me try on a ring I wanted as a christmas present. As wanted to see it in person. They didn't have the size I wanted to wear on my middle finger but had the size that fit my ring finger. I said I would think about it. Anyway my husband went back about 5 mins later to buy the ring finger size as I decided I liked the idea. He stood waiting for 10 mins in a empty shop. Different member of staff said nothing and ignored him. When she finally acknowledged him she told him he had to queue by which point the queue was quite large. Why not tell him straight away. He walked out in the end because of how rude and abrupt she was. Completely not friendly to customers. Decided to order online instead. Was completely unnecessary to be rude when the lady we spoke to before was so helpful and lovely. Won't be coming back into the branch.

   Oh my word whats happened to the Bury branch, where have all the customer service friendly staff gone. This was my favourite Pandora shop to visit, sadly not anymore nothing special about it. My partner and I called in today to pick my Christmas presents. As we was looking in the cabinet we was approached by a sales assistant who was walking around shop busy doing nothing. She approached us and told us to queue at the other side of the shop, her attitude towards customer and the way she speaks to them is questionable. I explained that I was looking to see what they had on show she just walked off. Once I made my selections I was happy to stand in line like I'd been told, as I'm not in the habit of queue jumping. I chose a ring 2 necklaces that were shoved in a small bag with the recipe side by side not flat, no tissue paper, no care... we've got you money in the till on your way was how I was made to feel. What should of been a nice shopping experience with a happy memory, sadly Pandora thanks to your staff has left me feeling totally deflated. I won't be in any hurry to visit my local Bury store in the near future, and certainly wouldn't be recommending it to anyone.

   I visited the store in November for my daughter birthday straight away on arrival at the store I was treated and the assistant guided me through all the bracelets that I wanted to look at was very polite & friendly staff and they helped me choose the perfect bracelet and two charms what I showed them that my daughter wanted I couldn't thank them enough for all there help ☺️

   This place is so good in serving delicious food. I absolutely loved the experience. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant this is not the perfect place as the dining is small there but the environment is superb. Even though there is some communication barriers as some staffs don’t speak English but they try their best to provide the best services. It was absolutely a worth dining or take aways if you love spicy food. I ordered few times after this experience.

   Only gave it 3 stars, because I took my Aunty in a wheelchair and all the display units around the sides are way too high for anyone in a wheelchair to observe, the same with the central display units. The only redeeming factor is a member of the sales team came and personally saw to her, she can stand for very small bursts of time, and she had to do this to see the top of the counter. Pandora you need to be more disabled friendly.

   Excellent value for money especially now there's 20% off. Staff very helpful,professional and even though the shop was very busy we didn't have to wait too long to be served. There was plenty of staff to assist you.

   Bought some charms for a friend. The staff were wonderful in helping me find the right size and the correct charm. They showed me a selection of beautiful charms and were amazing! The store was clean and warm and I could clearly see in the showcase. I would live you to keep up the amazing work. The only thing was the chair was oddly uncomfortable but I'm sure it is just me. Thanks!
