   My boyfriend gave me a gold bracelet for my birthday. After nine months, it broke. We took it to the store for repair. After a month, I wanted to pick it up, but it wasn't repaired. The only thing they offered me was to remove two links, but then it wouldn't fit on my wrist anymore. Such an expensive piece should last forever, or should a repair or replacement be offered? I find that absolutely unbelieveable... we will definitely not buy any more jewelry there

   Went in today service was so poor a old lady was rude slow also felt like she was fed had 25%sign there was suppose to finish yesterday still there wasn't able to have it on discount stuff wasn't clear. Also card system wasn't working so we ended leaving..
