Took my partners old watch in for new glass and repair. They were both very helpful, open and honest. Sadly due to the age of the watch it was not repairable and needed a new Quartz mechanism which is obsolete. Thanked for their time.

Thanks again to this fantastic jewellers and staff. I had a tight deadline for a bespoke piece of jewellery that I wanted to wear for my Mum's funeral. I am so pleased with the ring that has been bespoke made for me. I was kept updated during the process, I was well aware it was quite unlikely my ring wouldn't be ready in time, but thanks to the efforts of the staff it was! Fantastic team! I got engaged and my partner chose the most beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was way too big! 4 jewellery shops wouldn't touch it. But this place waved a magic wand, you cant even tell its been touched and fits perfectly. Super chuffed with the outcome.
