   I was served by Hamida at the Swarovski store, and she was absolutely amazing. I visited with my parents because my mum wanted to exchange her earrings, and Hamida made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. She showed us all the new pieces, took her time with us, and stayed patient even though we were in the store for quite a while. We had loads of questions, and she explained every offer and deal clearly so we fully understood everything. Hamida was also so helpful when it came to choosing items for myself. She gave honest advice about what looked good on me, and it genuinely felt like a friend was helping me pick out jewellery rather than a sales assistant. Her friendliness, professionalism, and kind personality made the whole experience wonderful.

   I made purchase of £378.00 experience was not good the lady who was serving was great the manager lady was quite ignore, they did not help at all , first I was told by the staff will get 10 percent , got to the till the lady manager refused , the Asian lady who served me said will give discount , the lady manager was very ignorant found to be rude and not very help full , I did spend 1.5 hours in the store to purchase gift for my daughters wedding the customer service was awful the lady manager never smiled , found her to be ignorant the wat she talked, giving one word answer .
