I would like to leave a positive review for a member of staff at your, Thea Hylton. I cannot honestly thank Thea enough for going way over and above for me. She was helpful, diligent, and so professional in helping me plan my bathroom layouts. I was really sorry I could not place an order directly with her, and ended using my local branch at Hemel. She was still very understanding about it. You have a gem on your hands and she should honestly be promoted or given a bonus. I tried to call branch to speak to her manager and was directed to the website but cannot find a review function. Thank you again Thea for your hard work, knowledge and professionalism. The tall white lad with a centre parting haircut has no customer service skills whatsoever. You ask him for advice and he responds with one word answers as if he really couldn’t care less about doing his job and giving advice. All with a sullen disinterested facial expression. He then proceeds to walk off whilst your mid sentence asking about certain products. He really needs retraining or monitoring. Also, the advice you manage to get out of him is completely inaccurate… I think he’s unaware that many people will check to see if what he “recommends” ( if you can call it that) is actually true or not. Disgusting attitude.
I had this lovely lady Kirsty-Lea I think, absolutely amazing!! such a friendly and helpful member of staff who exceeded my customer service experience! As a complete novice myself she was so patient, informative and helpful made my whole experience there a positive one!
Great B&Q store - laid out well with plenty of space. The store felt modern and clean - plenty of choice. Very little staff on the shop floor though, did struggle trying to find someone to help with a quiery. Car park is small and can be difficult to park during peak hours
