   0 star !!!!! Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I brought my 16-month-old daughter to have her ears pierced and it was a complete disaster. There was no professionalism at all. The staff were chatting, dancing and taking their time, and I had to wait over 30 minutes before anyone even attended to us. When it was finally time, they clearly did not know how to handle a baby. My daughter was crying and distressed, and instead of calming the situation, I was told to hold her arms in a way that felt almost forceful and completely inappropriate. No one tried to reassure her or create a calm environment. The music was extremely loud, there were too many people around, bright lights, heat, and an uncomfortable chair – absolutely not suitable conditions for a baby. My daughter was clearly overwhelmed and terrified. Thankfully, one kind Indian lady showed compassion and advised me not to worry and not to put my child through this, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place

   I visited Louisa this morning for the first time. The jewellery is AMAZING! I never even knew this shop existed! Picked up some amazing reindeer earrings, some beautiful rings and a necklace. The staff were so so friendly especially a red haired lady (didn’t catch her name) but she was amazing and so so helpful! They have amazing offers and deals on too! Will definitely be visiting again!

   Came in yesterday for a nose piercing, the staff made me feel very comfortable & talked me through all the ins and outs all while making the time I spent there stress free. The lovely lady that did my piercing consistently made sure I was happy with the placement before hand and the experience was quick & pain free! Would also like to say the young girl they had on seeing the piercing through to learn how to do it herself is going to go very far, brilliant customer service! Thank you all so much again I am very happy

   DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS. The worst piercing place. When carrying out my piercing, the shop was so busy that 12 customers (also waiting to get their piercings done) were literally stood right in front of me watching me get my piercing with barely any space, making it so congested which is also a health and safety hazard for the piercer doing the piercing. My piercing also has became infected already after 4 days and I have been cleaning this every single day. Aftercare and advice was awful and the piercing staff seemed inexperienced. Look at the photos of my swollen ear. It’s been so painful to the point I’ve been wanting to cry. Unfortunately I’ve taken the piercing out now because the pain was awful, also causing me a bad fever. Look at the pictures and Compare the normal ear to the swollen ear.

   Terrible experience first person who was tall lady with red blazer on today sunday said if I wanted to get my daughters ears pierced wait in queue after waiting in big queue was told by asian lady they cant pierce my daughters ears because ive not bought red book yet my niece had hers done 2 months ago and they needed no red book. Terrible experience will never be returning went claires instead and got them pierced there

   Do not get pierced here! It’s cheap but you’re much better going somewhere more expensive where they actually know what they’re doing. I brought the aftercare they suggested and I cleaned my ear piercings just as the piercer told me to and my ears are now badly infected :( I had been told by numerous people to never get a piercing with a gun (which is what Louvisa use) .. so please listen to me and do not go here for piercings! They sell beautiful jewellery but they are not the place to go for piercings

   Cheap quality but overpriced tat that doesn't last for long. Earrings already bent and out of shape before even leaving the store. Wouldn't recommend.

   I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!
