   We started our home renovation in 2023 and wanted the kitchen to make a statement and be the focal point of our home. It was going to be the single biggest outlay in our project so it was very important we find a supplier that could help deliver our vision and more. After our first meeting with Harish and Rahul, we knew HEP kitchens were the ones. These guys really understood the assignment. From the initial meeting through to the kitchen being fully installed, it felt like a true collaborative partnership where we were listened to, given time and care, along with expert advise on all aspects of the kitchen. What could have been a stressful process was actually an enjoyable and memorable experience thanks to Harish and Rahul. The kitchen is a stunner and we couldn't be more delighted with it.    We bought full service kitchen and bathrooms. We had absolutely excellent service from day one to after installation and it was value for money. Hina, their kitchen expert was incredibly understanding, gave us choices to consider and recommendation on current styles. She was so patient with us changing requirements and very clear about timelines and when we needed to make decisions. Yogi, their bathroom expert also did excellent 3D designs of our bathrooms and gave us great recommendations of products to use. The owner was always on hand to help discuss options and get additional views. They had come on site quite a few times to ensure final measurements were correct and ensure the styling would work. All in all a tremendous, competitive service from start to finish.

   HEP Supplies is my "go to" place for help and advice related to plumbing, electrical, bathrooms and kitchens. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have always given me honest advice which has resulted in a lot of unnecessary money being spent. They keep a vast array of stock in their warehouse and offer next day collection on most products which they have to order in. They have recently opened up a new showroom which has a grand display of bathrooms and kitchens. It looks absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work guys!

   How can i put to you guys. Haven't had any problems with HEP Services since it started more 15 years ago. Sales services excellent. Staff 100% respect. Management highest respect. Goods cannot go wrong. They give you ideas how to design your house in a way that is practical and lady of the house to manage. So if you have time go and visit there outlet and talk to them.    Amazing Service and Expertise I recently had a full renovation completed in our property. We purchased the kitchen with all appliances, everything for our bathrooms (from taps to tiles), and heating products from HEP. The service provided by the team at HEP throughout the process was made very stress free. Having so many services available from one place made it easier not having to communicate with so many different suppliers. The HEP showroom is perfect for ideas, they have some amazing items and appliances that definitely make my life easier on a daily basis. The knowledge that the team have is amazing. From getting the measurements right in my bathroom to ensure I could fit a bath, good sized sink/vanity unit and separate shower unit; to my kitchen which is a very difficult size/layout but the team managed perfectly well. I knew what I wanted and the team at HEP were perfect at helping me pick these out. I still receive advise on updated items that I can add on. For example, Quooker released an add on to my tap which now means I have sparkling water too, advise from HEP that I would otherwise have not known. When friends and family see our home they love my kitchen and bathrooms.....I therefore without doubt would highly recommend HEP Thanks again for the great work and service

   Fantastic Service. from all the kitchen designers we went to, Hina was the only one that came up with an original design. she really took our needs and concerns on board and made sure we had everything in our kitchen we wanted. The whole team at HEP have been great from the moment we had our first consultation to the after care. Hina even came to visit us after we settled in with a house warming gift which was a really nice touch. I will definitely be recommending HEP to all my family and friends.
