Was a guest at an 80th bday party. The room was a good size with a very accessible bar, plenty of seating and nice dance area. Everywhere looked clean and tidy and we had a great time.

I attended an ex WBA players evening at the venue. Everything is on the ground floor so suitable for wheelchair users. There is a car park but not very big but there is nearby street parking. Staff were friendly. The venue can be hired for various occasions weddings receptions, funeral wakes, birthdays etc. There is a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

first visit, invited to wedding first impression, needs a face lift. but seemed clean n friendly. small room with a dance floor. bit squashed in but do able. bar seemed well stocked. Toilets are not too bad and I have seen worse. Staff - not really friendly, didn't really see a smile all night, did see them vape. also saw messing with rubbish, then went straight back behind the bar without washing hands etc obviously not health/hygiene trained. continuously had to guard our drinks as they kept taking peoples drinks away, we had two bottles of prosecco on our table one half full & one 3/4 came back from loo and they had taken them away. they did this to several tables... lost several drinks during the night. Actually watched them wait for people to go loo or on the dance floor and then they scoot to get their glasses, whether they had drinks in or not .... im all for keeping tables clear n tidy, but to take drinks when you're actually sat there is ridiculous. Yes, they actually tried that , whilst i had the glass in my hand! I hate to think the money people wasted in there re-buying drinks. we also saw them throw favours and table decorations away that the bride was hoping to keep. she was rather upset that decorations that had cost her a lot of money had just been casually chucked away during the party, not late but early evening also food was thrown before 8pm. obviously couldn't wait for the party to end so they could off, Absolutely no respect shown. Not impressed.

Our school, Albright Education Centre, hosted our prom at this venue last night and it was brilliant! The room was a great size, the staff were helpful, especially the bar stuff who were incredibly patient and friendly with our pupils, and the drinks prices were more than affordable. We would absolutely hire this venue again for parties or celebrations. Thank you for making our night such a great one.
