   We took our Grandsons to the Northwich store and of course we knew Hazel,Val and team would treat them well, Our youngest in the photo did have anything but he loved carrying the bag for his big brothers spiderman watch. Thank you Ladies for making their experiance so enjoyable. Lots of high fives and fist bumps They will know where to shop for their watches like Grandad.

   I'm not one for writing reviews but I don't want anyone to have to deal with what I have. HSamuel sold me a dodgy engagement ring with a casting/manufacturer fault. It happens. So I brought the ring to the Northwich store, hoping for a replacement but they were now out of stock. So it got sent for a repair. Apparently it's there policy to ring you if a repair can't be completed. They didn't bother. I got a text that it was ready to collect and I excitedly went to get it only to find out there and then that it couldn't be fixed. They then began pushing more expensive rings on me. Telling me I would have to pay the difference of well over a hundred pound. I didn't want any other ring but didn't felt listened to. I'm Autistic/ADHD and was extremely overwhelmed. I had to leave, no ring, no refund, nothing done to fix this because they only cared about making more money. I had explained I could only come back after the weekend and was told this was fine and I could get my refund then. I go in today and they refused to give me a refund and said "well if you had came in Friday...", they knew I couldn't. I don't know why I'm getting horrible attitude on top, the woman just kept talking at me when all I wanted was my refund and to leave. Again I had to leave without this being resolved when I was told to come today to resolve it. I feel so angry and so upset, I understand that a lot of my discomfort is down to my disabilities but no one should be treated like this. I will never use H.Samuel again and I hope no one else goes through what I have with them. All I want is a refund so I can move on.

   Visited my local Northwich store this cold afternoon after Timspsons gave up after 2 attempts to re fit a watch strap pin. Metal strap is very close fit to the watch body (Tag). Very nice lady never lost her sense of humour (or patience / persistence) and several pins later before succeeding after nearly 30mins of coaxing/ cajoling the pin back into place. Refused several offers of payment, where else can you find such a friendly, nothing is to much trouble approach to helping these days?. Only downside is I didn't get the ladies name to add to my thanks personally - highly recommended customer service.

   We went for a piece of jewellery for our beautiful granddaughter. The staff were lovely and they got the necklace from the cabinet and told us what it had on the front of the heart. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend it to anyone.
