   Bought 5 items from screwfix parkroyal branch. Same day I went there for return / exchange .but staff / store manager not agree with me . He said this product is not from screwfix. How is it possible. How I can explain him ..all 5 stickers are same with screwfix catalog number mentioned on it. Still he not agree with me . End of conversation he said me it's used by me ... Even I called customer services he mentioned them as all items are uses that's why I can't return or refund. I been other wembley store .explain all things. They take my items back and give me full refund aswell Not any single question. Store manager need training for this way. ****

   Really nice guy and service from Park Royal today. I was asked how frequent a visitor I am and asked again if I'd like to be shown how to use the terminal. Just good service really. (I was at the Acton branch the day before and the service was bizarre..being told it was normal to receive a text to say my order was ready only for one of two items to be missing and being asked to go back the next day if I wanted the other item...what?!).

   I've been ordering from screwfix since seven years I always leave 5 stars to every brunch I've visited Except this brunch Mr Ahmed shaikh show off and being so arrogant and he must be at home not work in decent place The manger and the rest of the staff are extremely polite and helpful

   Generally I pre-order stuff which is a lot easier then turn up to collect. Really efficient system and all you need do is present your credit card to the cashier and then collect your goods. My only concern with suppliers like Screwfix is they stock standard items and nothing much out of the ordinary. So you will never get that level of specialist advice, although I have to say the counter staff in this particular branch are very good, and there does not seem to be a large scale turnover of staff there. Good reliable supplier and easy for parking out front, although the roads around that area can get very congested so be prepared to sit in a traffic jam to get in or out of there.!
