   I love Lords. I've used them a few times recently, they always have good stock even if it has to come from further branches, reasonable delivery prices and quick too. They couldn't be more pleasant and helpful on the phone, unlike many other builders merchants. My go to merchants.

   Dealing directly with Lords Sutton for a lot of materials for my ongoing project for several months now. The guys are giving 110% to make sure I am getting top service, quick deliveries, best price and smooth communication. I have a dedicated manager who is getting the product to me on the next day after simple whatsup message. Cant recommend them enough and making the whole ordering process for me so much easier than selco.

   Can’t believe their drivers blocked the small lane twice a day at least. Wasted me and my family more than 30 mins sitting in the car. Great job selfish people.

   Terrible service, placed an order for two lintels that were due to arrive last Monday. They didn't, rang Tuesday to be told they had only just been dispatched. Wait all week for them but no show. Today after about 10 calls and being passed around to different staff I was told they had been lost and would take 10 days to replace. Explain that to the customers who have bifolds arriving at the start of next week. Funnily enough reading through comments this isn't the first time this has happened. Maybe a little cheaper than bigger suppliers but as they say by cheap by twice.

   Absolutely fantastic service from Condell, concerned after reading a few reviews but Bill Truss delivered on service price and communication. Will be using again!!! I’m based in Norwich and deliveries arrived when I was informed they would. Drivers polite and helpful, don’t be put off, great company!

   Avoid. I'm a surveyor, been in building trade over 20yr, never have I been messed around and lied to as much as this, my lintels are a WEEK late, i ring to ask what's going on and I'm told they've been dispatched, I ring next day and they say its with courier and I'll have to wait, I ring back day after and they confirm they're with courier and will definitely be with me for next day so I can get brickies on site... I ring back day after because they didn't show up again and I'm told they haven't been dispatched but will have to wait a few more days because they've missed the cut off time for dispatch?? Who pays the brickies for the 3 lost days for condell's incompetence?? absolute joke. Just pay the extra £10 and go to jewsons or something, far better service and they don't tell lies that cost you money. Avoid.

   Dealt with this company several times. Their website is very misleading. I have placed a couple of orders only to be told that they can’t supply at the price advertised so I would have to pay more. Agree that on one occasion this was on their website but well hidden. I have also been charged delivery of £19.99 + vat for delivery and been told they don’t know why but they still didn’t remove the charge. They have also failed to deliver one of my orders when promised. Failed to call back when promised. Furthermore they won’t even consider a discount for diy’ers like myself even though spending a few thousand pounds. As such I won’t be placing any further orders with them. I wondered why they were cheap!!!!
