   I would like to recommend to every one would like to order all equipment or flooring staff as I quite happy when I visited the store and serve with honest and very helpful manager with name of gagan, he serve me very fast and speedly I am quite happy with his serve I would like leave the review for been nice and profosonal action.

   for a wickes place you expect trolleys to welcome you at the entrance of the store but what there is none and if you need one you need to spend some time looking for one in the store. I also had to return some laminate flooring and the service was a bit slow had to wait for at least 15mins in order to have it returned which in my opinion is a waste of time.

   Indian lady she wear glasses. She was very rude. Not only with me with two other customer, I was trying to order 1500 pounds Order She was trying to kick me out, not interested at all The poor customer service in London Cricklewood branch .

   Worst delivery I have ever had, staff are rude and avoid accountability. The delivery driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate, desperate to sit in his van instead of making deliveries, he also avoided giving me his name, saying it wasn’t needed, and the wickes team knew who he was, however when I called customer service, they didn’t provide his name either. Then, when the store called me back, the staff member on the phone was lackadaisical, and desperately needs to be trained on customer service again, disgusting experience and disgusting team members.

   Had two deliveries of building materials from this depot. Excellent service. Danny the driver and hi-ab operator is brilliant. Drops the loads exactly where you want them. Really happy friendly bloke too. Thank you.

   The reason for my rating is because today my mum & I went to Wickes in Cricklewood looking at some new bathrooms & we were helped but a gentleman named Sabry. His approach and customer service was amazing, he even demonstrated how a Bluetooth bathroom mirror worked by playing Nicki Minaj Super bass which was a great way to sell the product :D wouldn’t change anything. :))

   I was accused of stealing by a black woman serving on the till because the door alarm went off. They didn't have what I wanted and I was leaving. The security guard asked to see in my bag which was fine. But sge siad thr alarm didn't go off when I entered so I obviously took something. The alarm was going off constantly when customers were leaving so she was out of order. It turns out that the alatm is fault. Disgusting customer service, also, their shelves are almost empty. Builder's depot is much better and always has stock.
